A good clinician conversation is easier when you arrive with a simple summary. You do not need perfect data, but a few notes can turn a vague worry into a clear plan.
Doctor led assessment information is here
What to track for two weeks
- How often ED or PE happens, occasional, most times, or every time
- Context, alone, with a partner, during stress, after alcohol
- Sleep, roughly how many hours and how rested you feel
- Stress level, low, moderate, high
- Any overlap, rushing because of erection worries, or pressure because of timing
What to write down, a short summary
- When the change started, sudden or gradual
- Any major life changes, stress, relationship, health, routine
- Medications and supplements you take
- Any red flag symptoms, pain, trauma, severe illness, chest symptoms
Questions that help
- What contributors seem most likely in my situation
- What changes should I try first for two to four weeks
- How will follow up work, and what should I track
- When would you recommend further checks
