Track daily
- Sleep, hours and how rested you feel
- Stress level, low, moderate, high
- Mood, low, moderate, good
- Desire, low, moderate, high, and whether it changes by context
- Erections, if relevant, morning erections and partnered erections
- Alcohol, none, light, moderate, heavy
Track weekly
- Relationship pressure, low, moderate, high
- Time and privacy for intimacy, realistic or not
- Any major life events or illness
