Track daily

  • Sleep, hours and how rested you feel
  • Stress level, low, moderate, high
  • Mood, low, moderate, good
  • Desire, low, moderate, high, and whether it changes by context
  • Erections, if relevant, morning erections and partnered erections
  • Alcohol, none, light, moderate, heavy

Track weekly

  • Relationship pressure, low, moderate, high
  • Time and privacy for intimacy, realistic or not
  • Any major life events or illness
