The simple agreement
- No goal, no timer, connection is the point
- Start with non sexual touch first
- If anxiety rises, pause and breathe, then return to touch
A simple first session
- Pick a time with no rush, phones away
- Spend ten minutes on non sexual touch, slow and gentle
- Notice breath and tension, soften jaw and shoulders
- Keep communication kind, what feels good, what feels too much
- Stop before you feel pressured, end with closeness
