Sleep problems can be hard to describe because they happen at night. Tracking for a week gives you something clear to bring to a clinician.

Track for seven days

  • Bedtime and wake time
  • How rested you feel, low, moderate, good
  • Snoring, loud most nights, yes or no
  • Morning headaches or dry mouth, yes or no
  • Daytime sleepiness, especially driving or meetings

If you have severe daytime sleepiness or you feel unsafe driving, seek prompt medical review. Doctor led assessment is here
