  • Sleep quality and snoring if relevant
  • Stress level and workload
  • Alcohol use patterns
  • Any changes in erections or performance anxiety
  • Any other symptoms such as weight change or feeling unwell

Questions to ask

  • What do you think is most likely contributing in my case
  • Are there any checks you recommend based on my symptoms
  • What should I try first for the next two to four weeks
  • When should I follow up
