Weekends are where good intentions go to die, mainly because routines change. The goal is not no fun. The goal is fewer extremes so Monday does not feel awful.
Three weekend rules
- Protein at the first meal, it reduces grazing later
- Choose your treats, do not let everything become a treat
- If you drink, keep it earlier and lighter where you can, sleep matters
A simple reset if it goes off
Next day, do not punish yourself. Hydrate, walk, eat a normal protein plus veg meal, and get to bed earlier.
